RETURNING ORDERS AFTER RECEIPT
Within 30 days of receiving the order, the Customer must go to https://kswiss.eu/apps/returns, and enter its order number and email address. After acceptance of the request by the customer service department, a return slip is sent by email to the Customer. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- the products are unwashed and not used in any way. You are of course allowed to try them on
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned
- the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
- KSGB EUROPE does not accept returned items that do not meet these conditions. This means that if KSGB EUROPE determines, at its sole discretion, that the returned item does not meet the previously mentioned conditions (i.e., not washed, not used, returned in its original packaging, undamaged), the Client will not be refunded and the item will not be returned to the Client by KSGB EUROPE. As soon as the return has been received and accepted by KSGB Europe, the refund will begin to be processed. Refunds may be issued within 14 working days of receipt of the return for verification and payment processing purposes. Refunds will be returned to the account number from which the original payment was made. However, bank details may be requested from the Customer.
