SHIPPING POLICY

Within Europe, Kswiss.eu ships Monday – Friday. We strive to ship your order the same day or the next business day.

NOTE : Our warehouse is closed on weekends and during public holidays.

Kswiss.eu ships its products to the following destinations:

Orders that are placed outside of one of these destinations will automatically be refused and will not be sent.

RETURNS

RETURNING ORDERS AFTER RECEIPT

Within 30 days of receiving the order, the Customer must go to https://kswiss.eu/apps/returns, and enter its order number and email address. After acceptance of the request by the customer service department, a return slip is sent by email to the Customer. Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • the products are unwashed and not used in any way. You are of course allowed to try them on
  • the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
  • the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned
  • the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
  • KSGB EUROPE does not accept returned items that do not meet these conditions. This means that if KSGB EUROPE determines, at its sole discretion, that the returned item does not meet the previously mentioned conditions (i.e., not washed, not used, returned in its original packaging, undamaged), the Client will not be refunded and the item will not be returned to the Client by KSGB EUROPE. As soon as the return has been received and accepted by KSGB Europe, the refund will begin to be processed. Refunds may be issued within 14 working days of receipt of the return for verification and payment processing purposes. Refunds will be returned to the account number from which the original payment was made. However, bank details may be requested from the Customer.

COSTS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

Fees are charged for returning items. We will deduct these costs from the refund.

After receipt of your goods, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping and return costs.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You are entitled to return a product, ordered via an official European K-Swiss web shop, that is defective or otherwise not in conformity with the ordered product. You can do so within 2 years after date of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, a full refund will be issued.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Please follow the below instructions to prepare the collection:

  1. Go to https://www.kswiss.eu/apps/returns 
  2. Select the product to return and follow the steps. 
  3. Once your return is approved by our customer care team, a return label will be sent by email within 24h.
  4. Place your shoebox inside another box (you can re-use your order box). 
  5. Fill in the return form. Print your return label sent by our customer care team.
  6. Place your return label on the box and go to your return location.

 

 

    EXCHANGES

    Product exchanges are currently not possible, but you do have the option of returning your product. In order to receive another product, color or size, you will have to place a new order on a K-Swiss Website.
